Somebody has been bugging me to update my blog. (complain complain complain) And so here I am updating it.
How's my life been? Good I suppose.
hmm. MCing last last thursday went well. But then since Gabriel had something to share at the end, I didn't do the closing. Ok fine, was lazy. Sorry to those who wanted to see me chair (esp Izzy and Jon)
Then I sang the thursday after that. As usual, I sang softly. I am a soft-spoken person!! ( I can hear my friend's say : Yeah right!) And really it's God's grace that I got in choir. Well, some attribute it to my nervousness. I dont think so, I wasn't nervous. Generally, I sing softly. Suppose the worship leader (the other Gabriel, the dark, tall and handsome one. haha dont think he knows I call him that) anyway yar quite surprise I sing softly. Well, the contrast with my loud personality on stage and the quiet me.
And the highlight of last week? My presentation!!! The navy one. Interviewed Uncle Henry then suppose to share his job rotation to the class. It was swell. Praise the Lord! My friend even turned back to his group during my presentation and said: she's like asking us to join the navy. haha:) suppose I was really rather enthusiastic about it. Had a loud applause and the teacher enjoyed the presentation :) talking about that teacher. She's biased I tell you. Only remember the guys' names in the class. And my friend and I was commenting that she finally admitted it. After one of the guy's presentation, which she claims he did half-heartedly, she commented that he's got a real nice smile and she thinks he's a good pupil in class to have when she teaches and she feels assured whenever he nods his head or something. haha. finally man. *roll eyes*
At least not as bad as my jc tutor. Well, my class only had 3 guys. And that teacher only focuses her attention on them, ignoring the rest of the girls. I think was partly due to the fact we did other work during her lesson. But still! Some do pay attention k.
Oh well, it's late. And yar, my poor IT teacher caught dengue and is now in the hospital. It means that class is cancelled today (which means no quiz. Yeah!) But it's no good cause he's a real nice teacher. And it's so sad. Before he left the class, he said "I must conserve my last bit of energy to drive to the hospital." He tried to help as much as he could before he left last monday. haiz the dengue thing got many worried.
